Couldn’t thank these guys enough.
After taking my car to a another garage for an oil change the previous day, they didn’t replace the protective shield properly causing it to almost fall off on the motorway. Absolutely panicking not knowing what was going on I googled the near garage- Acorn came up.
I explained to the man what had happened and told him I had a long drive ahead and really needed this sorting. He had me wait 15 minutes, had the car on the ramp and sorted the problem in no time. I went to pay and he said it didn’t matter and wouldn’t even take payment from me.

My parents were also with me and they were really impressed with how polite everyone was- they were offered coffee or tea whilst we waited.

Rude and ignorant. I've been to these guys a few times and just called and told them the issue with my car and said he "doesn't take my word for it" and said they would charge me £40 just to look at it when I've got a similar machine. Then says "best do it yourself then" and cuts call off. Unprofessional, rude and ignorant wouldn't recommend.
